B58 S58 PNP Boost Controller Solenoid - EBCS

This is a MAC valve boost control solenoid with a long plug and play harness that connects directly into a MOTIV ReFlex or CANBOXPRO, with no cutting or splicing. Commonly used to control externally gated turbo setups on B48, B58, and S58 engines.

Which solenoid do I need?

3-Port: The standard choice. Most tuners prefer 3-port for its easy setup and smooth, linear tuning behavior. Most street cars and daily drivers perform best with a 3-port.

4-Port: Reserved for max effort builds: high boost, large turbos with heavy backpressure, or applications that need a wide boost range. A 4-port actively controls both wastegate chambers at once, pressurizing one side while venting the other for a wider control window. The trade-off: boost control becomes much more sensitive and harder to tune, which is why most tuners stick with a 3-port unless the build truly demands more.

Important: Wastegate springs must be configured for your solenoid and boost targets. Consult with your tuner before ordering.
