Lost / Damaged

If you've lost or damaged your EcuTek Bluetooth Interface you can now order a replacement.

Defective

EcuTek Hardware comes with a 1 year warranty. Defective units can be replaced if there's no visual damage and if there is proof of purchase. Units being replaced under warranty must be sent in and tested before getting replaced. Turn around time is normally 1-3 business days. It's always best to email in and get a pre-authozation from us before trying to get a unit warrantied.
