NGK Spark Plug for R35 GTR
These are the standard spark plugs for the 09+ Nissan GT-R R35 (VR38DETT): NGK DILKAR8A8 (NGK Stock #93026, OEM #22401-JF01D). Heat range 8, gapped tight for turbocharged applications. The R35 GTR uses six (6) spark plugs.
This is the stock GTR plug, and it is also commonly used in tuned Juke and Sentra SR Turbo (MR16DDT) applications as a one step colder upgrade over the stock heat range 7 plug, as well as in tuned VQ35HR and VQ37VHR builds. For tuned GTRs and forced induction or high compression VQ cars, we recommend our NGK GTR Race Plugs instead: the Heat Range 9 (R2558E-9) for upgraded turbo cars making below 1700WHP, and the Heat Range 10 (R2558E-10) for high horsepower builds running extreme boost and cylinder pressure.
