NexGen Nissan R35 GTR Flex Fuel Kit
Introducing the Visconti Tuning NexGen Nissan R35 GTR Flex Fuel Kit – the most advanced and user-friendly flex fuel solution available. Our kit seamlessly integrates with your vehicle using CANBUS for a flawless connection that leaves all factory-installed sensors intact.
The flex fuel sensor is strategically mounted on the left side of the engine bay firewall, supported by a sleek black anodized billet aluminum bracket for enhanced durability and style. The kit also features a black anodized billet aluminum adapter that ensures perfect integration with the OEM fuel rails.
To boost reliability, we've improved both the fuel rail fitting and the fuel lines. The updated fuel rail fitting now includes a secondary exterior O-ring to prevent leaks caused by the inconsistent inner diameters of the GTR factory fuel rail. Our new black PTFE fuel lines feature EFI quick connect fittings and are secured with a hydraulically crimped collar using our Aeroquip ProCrimp 1380.
Visconti Tuning was a pioneer in developing a flex fuel kit compatible with a car's factory ECU, initially created for the Nissan GTR. While earlier kits required analog sensors to be hijacked to communicate with the ECU, our latest kits accomplish this via CANBUS, allowing all factory sensors to remain operational.
Installation is hassle-free: simply connect the harness to our CANBOXPRO, attach the secondary air pump connector beside your battery, secure our CANBUS jumper inside the IPDM, and connect to the flex fuel sensor. Additionally, the kit supports input from two 0-5 volt sensors, enabling fuel pressure monitoring.
Our CANBOXPRO hardware features Bluetooth BLE, allowing for configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting through a dedicated iOS and Android app. It's designed for over-the-air updates, ensuring your system can receive bug fixes and product improvements. We take pride in knowing the name of every individual involved in producing this kit, which is proudly designed and manufactured in the USA. The harnesses are handmade with automotive-grade TXL XLPE insulated wire and assembled in an ISO Certified Facility.
