Replacement Deskey

Lost / Damaged

If you've lost or damaged your EcuTek License (Deskey) you can now order a replacement. After you receive the replacement you'll need to contact your tuner so they can re-key your tune file to work with the new hardware ID. If you're a tuner you'll need to email support@ecutek.com to have your tuning suites reassigned to the new hardware ID.

Defective

EcuTek Programming Kits come with a 1 year warranty. Defective units can be replaced if there's no visual damage and if there is proof of purchase. Units being replaced under warranty must be sent in and tested before getting replaced. Turn around time is normally 1-3 business days. It's always best to email in and get a pre-authozation from us before trying to get a unit warrantied.
